It looks like an old post-it note in the foreground... as if someone had intended to comment on the situation but the note got lost to rain and wind... disintegrated not unlike the patriotic painting. And I find it very interesting what edges of things you choose to include.
I'm running out of original ways to say "great", "cool", "wow", "fantastic".... Just keep on looking hard and showing us what you see. I know - inspiring!
