1.Memories are made of this: when we lived in the Florida Panhandle, I used to gather branches of yaupon as decoration for the house. Gorgeous pic, Lori.

Lee's blog sent me here, and I'm so glad I came. Your last several posts are beautiful and thought-provoking. (Can we really hold onto joy at all?)

Even though I grew up in the South, I'm not sure I ever really knew what Yaupon was, though I'd heard the name...
