Hi this is a wonderful picture. I'm an amateur weather nerd myself. AND I wanted to thank you for the Ro*Tel offer. It's definitely a problem up here, but you can generally substitute salsa for Ro*Tel. There's a slight consistency issue, but it's negligible.
