I've got a bunch of that stuff to make a delicious casserole, a gratin with chard, pine nuts, feta, a few olives and a few golden raisins (not sure if there are raisins in the recipe.) I thought kale was all green, but I could be wrong, though I never have been before, of course.
I don't care about the caption... (And I'm mostly a meat and carbs kinda girl, myself.) I'm just glad you haven't forsaken your camera for your pencils! Lovely.
Beautiful chard! I grow red chard just for the backlit glow (my partner hates to eat vegetables he personally knows, which kind of limits my pragmatic approach).
