nice. the snake leafed plant looks strict, and I like the look of the wall and the pebbly ground with the line of garden between. It's a thoughtful pic.
David Smith the American sculptor once said that "beauty serves to expose the cruelty in men." Sorry I haven't visited in awhile. I'll be back more often.
I like the effect of apparent one-point perspective developed within the photo... the lines of the brick and the line of the wooden ties seem to be converging. Very interesting and good photography. Thanks, Lori...
Oh! I like this one a lot.
ReplyDeleteGoes right on the list of possibilities because of the way it shows change in action. Not to mention it is a joyous romp of design.

ReplyDeleteI love this photo, and the quotation is so apt!
ReplyDeleteAlso beautiful is the erratic black line going to infinity in a not strait direction (sorry but I can't say it in good english)
ReplyDeleteStriking colors in a narrow little garden. Inspirational for those of us with...little gardens.
ReplyDeleteMakes me think of the painted desert.
ReplyDeleteGreat eye. I have a couple new ones from my trip to scotland up - swing by. J
