I tried to comment here earlier, but I'm not sure it "took"... so if this is a duplicate, feel free to delete. I was just wondering what the blue and gold background is... reflection? ...or? I love it!
You guessed right -- reflection off the metal utility box someone thoughtfully defaced/decorated.
Was at a stop light waiting for the light to turn and saw it, pulled off into a used car lot and snagged a pic or two. (The other didn't have all the colors in reflection this one did.)
