Blue light, special

You might think these farm-house tomatoes were set on a blue painted table, but you'd be wrong.

The power of mid-day Texas light burning through a blue plastic tarp caused the lovely Wayne Thiebaud-esque colored shadows. We bought some tomatoes and bell peppers and zucchini bread -- all on the honor system (click on the small pic to read the sign.) Yum!

Blue and orange is my all time favorite color combination. The pic makes me want to make gazpacho.

I love to see that old-fashioned trust in one's fellow man (and woman) is still alive in places. :D

Blue and orange are my favorite complementary pair, too! It's 5:24am here and seeing this photo has jolted me in the nicest way.

my late husband and i would nip the tops off the zucchini and eat them there in the garden. so dang good. i love food!
