OK - it's guessing time again. It's part of a sculpture - glass and concrete..?

Thanks for your comment at my place and a link to the Don Walser song. You know you can buy that album for $9.99 at iTunes?

Cork and glass? Incredible textures and I love the way the cork (?) color sluices down the center of the glass (?).

Nice shot. I'm not even going to guess. If it has something do do with 'private', my guesses would only embarrass me!

I guess it just doesn't matter what it is, it just is.

I think it's those buiding bricks you can build "privacy" walls from for bathrooms and such. Great textures.

Hi y'all -- thanks for playing! But I do like Ed's POV.

;-)

It's part of a fountain/sculpture -- fossil-rich limestone and glass, water rippling down the corrugated glass -- at a local art museum.

Click on the pic to see the fossil details in the limestone.

And I took it for cork. Teach me to look more closely! ;-)

Man, I was gonna guess a slip'n'slide. I miss those, until I remember how if you dove too hard the rocks underneath would crack right into your body leaving you bruised and battered. Ouch! It still hurts...
