I got to go to Laguna Beach last weekend. At one of the galleries was an exhibition of macro photographs of boat hulls. Turned out they made amazing (and unrecognizeable) abstracts. Your "details" below reminded me. I also got to photograph a carousel in Newport beach. My photo isn't as artsy as this!
