I went looking for other stars, and found:
"The lines are straight and swift between the stars.
The night is not the cradle that they cry,
The criers, undulating the deep-oceaned phrase.
The lines are much too dark and much too sharp. ..."
From
The Stars at Tallapoosa, by Wallace Stevens

The image and the poem go well together. A match made in the heavens.
Wallace Stevens is one of my favorites, and too I'm very fond of those architectural iron stars. I woner who thought of it? Who designed them as stars? They could have been circles or squares, something more boring. I have a couple of old rusty stars that I picked up long ago at an architectural junk store.
love this loriness! great match!
