A completely arresting photograph. I thought these colors were only found in supermarket food-colored daiseys, but to know that they occure in nature is somehow calming. And the face? It's a mirror on the lens of a bubble. It sees our cupie doll souls. Wink and it will wink back. Dig past the fronds and it will disappear.
THat creeps my shit out. It looks like you captures a fairy face.
I didnt see it till I enlarged it and then I saw it and was so suprised. That is wild. I am going to show Mike (hubby) he likes thisngs like that too,.
Just another zinnia-fish cruising through the leaves. They can stay out of the water for several hours, if the weather is humid, before returning to their watery home.
Just kidding! I've had a few photo surprises too while observing the latest haul on the 'puter screen.
Ah, the fairies . . . they help me in my garden enormously! As a writer of children's tales and poetry, fairies are not just little mythological creatures - they are REAL! Did you ever see, "Fairy Tale - A True Story?" It's about fairies images captured on film. Thanks for sharing - as always, I am uplifted and inspired! Lindy

It looks like an earth elemental. Hey little gnome - Lori's too fast for you! She caught you!!
Another blogger captured a pic of a fairy in her garden recently, really, it looks just like the old Victorian pics.
Love your zinnias and the pixie -pixel face! I love these surprises too.
