Love the background on this shot of cheery flowers. What was behind them?
Thrilling in a quiet way. The range of your work is so impressive.
I REALLY like this one... when things are falling apart I often say "the daisies are still yellow"... there are things that don't change in storms.
lori… this is a great shot… i love the color and abstract feel…
Oh! I really like this one — the way the bright sun yellow holds against the dappled shade. Beautiful!
Thanks, everyone! Glad you enjoyed a shady moment!Micki, I was leaning over an embankment alongside a reservoir. Those thelesperma were growing almost out of the side of a muddy bank.Laura, thanks tons -- thank goodness the world is full of cool and interesting things to see and share!Gracie, I love that attitude -- will have to use your phrase next time all !@#$ breaks loose.Michael, the tousled abstract quality is what caught my eye when I stopped along the edge of the embankment. Glad you liked it too.MB, that light before a rainstorm makes such nice things to see -- love how it spotlights flowers while deepening shadows.
I have no idea how you got this image or what the white blur is behind the flowers but it is wonderful!
