so glad to know I'm not the only one whose glasses half the time do not settle straight on her nose, rather, but like a shared view of the world, slightly cockeyed.
I like the background sky? (reflection? reflection of reflection?) you added in there. I'm enjoying the little commentary you add to these drawings. It gives another dimension, a bit more of you and the context. Nice work!
I like this... WITH the handwriting... very inviting and attractive. PS: Have you sampled Starbuck's pomegranate/cranberry "slushie"? I think it has tea in it so I couldn't have much before my stress test... but it was yummy. and COLD. Don't know if the caffeine count matches an espresso, though.
I am so tickled that y'all liked this -- I was feeling so wobbly, fussing and cussing under my breath and probably scaring those nice people at Starbucks.
I love this exercise, but it is so hard to not teeter and tump over while doing it.
Anyway, thank you all so much for the encouragement!

Wonderful, wonderful, so fun, fizzy like prosecco---that's you and your work!
I like what GB Shaw said. “You use a glass mirror to see your face; you use works of art to see your soul.”
Wonderful - this is so great with your glasses askew. .
Look at you!! By the way I also just finished drawing you for the castle contest. Heh heh.
Excellent self portrait. Love the clouds in the background.

Still thinking about that one.
Like what you do with glasses, here and elsewhere.
