OooH...I NEED me one of those.

Perhaps the White Stetson-like one...or maybe the nice cool straw one with the openings in the crown.

*smile*

God help me because I just can't (or won't) help myself BUT, I take my hat off to you ma'am.

Hi all!

Karen: I think you'd look grand as a rabble-rousing cowgirl. But with all the hot air you debunk, you're in harm's way of a strong breeze with a straw hat unless you get one with a chin strap.

Ed: Thank goodness. I was counting on you to do what needed to be done. I can't tell you how painful it was to not make something like that the title of this post.

Amber: Nope, no hats bought this San Antonio trip -- I have two very great straw gardening hats so I'm happy for now. (They are so great, I traded my orginal one a few years back for a really excellent breakfast in San Francisco. Not every day a stranger will offer you breakfast in exchange for a hat.)

Nice!!! I'm a big fan of a classic straw hat. I need to get one for my next adventure into the north!

The green ....it's not as dark as lime, but that's the colour I want on my walls ....and how did you manage to get that delicate shade of pink at the back just right...it's a bit like the colour of the flamingos on the sea shore sands in Abu Dhabi ....fabulous. :-D
