Big head

"...of course it is dark inside the enormous gertrude..."

From "inside gertrude stein" by Lynn Emanuel

*****

Hiatus alert: I'm heading out to work a trade show this weekend, and next week posts will be rare if at all.

But I will surely need to sneak peeks at what you're posting while I'm being squeezed by the press of commerce.

I miss all y'all already.

only one word applies here: huge (+ I love that little blue eye above the impressive shnoz and the mouth ready to let fly with a quip)
"a very small coat closet with a bear in it" - damn! I was so hoping Lynn wouldn't notice the bear when she came for tea and went on and on about Alice not living at her place anymore and Gertrude driving her crazy, typing like a Titanic beaming Nearer My God to Thee. (Are we sure Lynn Emanuel is quite well?)
Good luck with the trade show, Lori - I suppose you will be working the Orlando end of it and not Copenhagen, unfortunately. Had it been Cophenhagen, I would have hopped on a train immediately to do some snorking with you and work in a run over to the Louisiana http://www.louisiana.dk/

Oh my goodness. This is all marvelously, hugely fun and funny.

Safe travels, Lori.

Outside a dog, a book is a man's best friend. Inside a dog, it's too dark to read.

Crazy quilt photo. I can't make sense of it. I can't make sense of Gertrude Stein either.
