Magenta, green, blue

Blue really is a blessing, isn't it, especially when complemented by red? I like this very much... and I *get* it (which is always a plus).

such a perfect match between the photo and the poem. And so many great poems behind David Rivard's name - hard to pick favorites but that cardinal singing in French in "Little Wing"? I can hear it and, yes, it IS singing in French :-)

Color is way off the pallette. I hardly recognize this as you. Someone who's been wearing earth tones suddenly showing up in florals. Spring?

It's snowing here, with ice and bitter wind.

Alas.

Lori, thank you for introducing me to the poetry of David Rivard. Beautiful, muscular language that moves effortlessly from image to thought and back.

And your photo--reminds me gloriously of my recent visit to Mexico. Lush and joyous.

WOW. What a great photo.

Totally off topic, but I just saw this on your profile page:

Fake being a bard? Just need to be a good lyre.

I laughed my ass off.

This is one of my favorite color schemes: Two primaries and a tertiary!!!

I knew I'd find the colors of spring here on this cold, gray day in Michigan:)
