Moody Monday: Indifferent

"...The sky will be much friendlier then than now,
A part of labor and a part of pain,
And next in glory to enduring love,
Not this dividing and indifferent blue. ..."

At first sight, I related the indifference to the building, but… in Monday everything can be

I bet it gets bloody hot in there on a sunny day! Cool looking structure though...very industrial.

Oh my, one rarely sees quotes from Wallace Stevens, or even hears of him much these days. That's a wonderful line from a wonderful poem. 'tis a pity academia has deemed so many of the greats passe these days. It's almost as if the contemporary world of higher education is trying to emulate our Congress and Administration.

Nice photos, incidentally, but I especially appreciate the sketch which reminds me of Leonard Baskin.

Big Sky country. So blue... And probably hot and humid, too. Great combination of words, colors and shapes.
