I was hoping I misread your title and it was something made by Nerf. No luck. Cool pic anywho. If I were the makers of Nerf products I would patent a Nerf coated car. Imagine an accident in a Nerf car...you'd just bounce off each other. Oh, and occasionally a dog might bite a hunk out of the side of your car. And when it rains your car would retain water and get increasingly heavy and sluggish, reducing your chances for higher speeds. On second thought, I think that Nerf cars are a silly idea. I recant the previous statements.
